Mahadev Real Estate Consultant, also known as MREC, is the owner, host, and operator of this website, milkatdekho.com, as well as any subdomains, other websites through which its services are made available, applications for smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices, application program interfaces, etc. together referred to as “Milkatdekho”; these terms and conditions, privacy policy, and community guidelines governing use of these Services constitute a legally binding agreement between Milkatdekho.com and the User (the “Agreement”).
MREC may modify/change these Terms and Conditions at any time. These changes shall take effect immediately upon publication of the modified Terms and Conditions on the website. You may review these modified Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of them. Your continued access to or use of this website is deemed to be proof of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as modified/modified at any time. MREC may suspend the operation of this website for support or technical upgrades, maintenance work, to update the content, or for any other purpose. If you misuse any of the services provided by Milkatdekho or any other website linked to this website, MREC may suspend your access, deny your future access, and/or request such additional relief as may be deemed appropriate.
Definitions
The term ‘Subscriber’ would refer to any person or legal entity who has signed up for Milkatdekho Services (paid or free) and whose access to the Services is limited by a sign-in username and password. The username and password are either assigned by the service provider (Milkatdekho) or chosen by the subscriber or agreed upon by the service provider. It is clearly stated that only the authorized user has the right to use the Services so provided by the company. The term ‘Browser/Visitor’ will refer to a person who uses any of the Services provided by the company, without having to create an account, i.e., visiting non-restricted parts of the company.
The community guidelines and these terms and conditions govern how Milkatdekho is used and accessed. Both the Subscriber/Advertiser(s) and the Browser/Visitor(s) would be considered “Users” and “Customers” under these terms.
The terms “Service” or “Services” refer to the interactive online information service that Milkatdekho provides on the internet, allowing users to access information that Milkatdekho carries in the database that it maintains. The terms can also be used to refer to the search tools that allow users to look through hosted databases and information by selecting from a variety of search tools that meet their criteria. The phrase would also refer to services that provide clients with space for banners and listings, among other forms of advertising. To view the entire document or record, users must then select one or more of the items that are displayed. The term “Service” does not apply to Milkatdekho‘ express or implied representation of any User or Customer; rather, Milkatdekho is only serving as a conduit for the exchange of information.
